HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE

Were you one of our lucky winners but not present when the tombola results were announced?

You have 10 days from the announcement of the results to claim your prize.

To claim your prize, please contact us by email DM@dearmykorea.com and include:

• Your full name
• Your winning ticket number
• Your contact details
• A short video clearly showing the original winning ticket and its number. Please move the ticket slightly in front of the camera so that we can verify the physical ticket.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

Only emails containing the requested video will be processed. A photo of the ticket alone will not be accepted as proof.

Please make sure that your email contains all the required information before sending it. We will not send reminders or follow up on incomplete claims.

You must also keep the original ticket until your prize has been collected or delivered, as we reserve the right to request the original ticket for additional verification.

Claims received after the 10-day deadline will not be accepted.

Once your claim has been verified, we will contact you to arrange the collection or delivery of your prize.
